CLUBAX is a multi-directional realignment orthosis for the traeatment of congenital clubfoot. It is made up of four separate structures: Thigh cuff, calf cuff, posterior sole and anterior sole. Clubax allows precise and immediate control of the angle of correction and prevents compensation by the overlying and underlying joints. Available with adjustable joint and mobile joint. Bebax not included. Indications: Clubfoot, tibial rotation, inward kneecap. Measurement: A. Popliteal hollow distance to point of heel with leg in 90º flexion B. Thigh circumference measured 1/3 of the way up the thigh. C. Calf circumference measured 1/3 of the way down the calf (R,L).
